How to use it
- Tap Copy signature above.
- Open Settings → Mail → Signature.
- Delete what's there, then paste (touch & hold → Paste).
That's it — it shows on every new email and reply. The logo and icons are built in, so they always appear.
Nothing to do. In Outlook (desktop & mobile) the firm loads your signature automatically on new mail and replies. This page is only needed for the iPhone Mail app.
